📊 Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Data Analytics Tutor who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and translating data into meaningful insights. The successful candidate will train learners in data analysis tools and techniques, helping them develop the skills needed to make informed, data-driven decisions across various industries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex concepts, guiding hands-on projects, and empowering learners for real-world analytics roles.
🧑🏫 Key Responsibilities
- Teach core data analytics concepts from beginner to intermediate/advanced levels
- Deliver training in areas such as:
- Data collection, cleaning, and preparation
- Descriptive and basic inferential analytics
- Data visualization and storytelling
- Spreadsheet analysis (Excel or Google Sheets)
- SQL for data querying
- Python or R for data analysis (basic to intermediate)
- Business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Develop structured lesson plans, datasets, assignments, and capstone projects
- Guide learners in applying analytics to business, ministry, and real-world scenarios
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor students on ethical data use and analytical thinking
- Stay current with trends in data analytics and emerging tools
- Collaborate with empowerment program coordinators and ministry leadership

- Proven experience in data analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms
