📊 Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Scrum Master Tutor who is passionate about teaching, coaching, and mentoring individuals in Scrum and Agile practices. The successful candidate will train learners to understand Scrum frameworks, Agile values, and real-world application, preparing them for professional Scrum Master roles and certifications.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys knowledge transfer, facilitation, and people development, and who views Agile as a servant-leadership model.
🧑🏫 Key Responsibilities
- Teach Scrum and Agile fundamentals (theory and practice)
- Train learners on Scrum roles, artifacts, and events
- Facilitate practical Scrum simulations and case studies
- Prepare students for Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM)
- Coach learners on servant leadership, teamwork, and collaboration
- Develop structured lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments
- Guide learners on Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with Agile trends, frameworks, and industry practices
- Collaborate with empowerment program coordinators and ministry leadership
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Trainer
- Proven ability to teach, mentor, or facilitate learning
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools
- Passion for empowering others through education
- Alignment with Christian values and the mission of an evangelical ministry
- Availability for full-time engagement
(Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe are an advantage but not mandatory)
